WALKERS LAUNCHES TV CAMPAIGN TO SUPPORT LATEST NEW FLAVOURS FEATURING GUEST STAR, EMILY ATACK, ALONGSIDE BRAND AMBASSADOR, GARY LINEKER
Walkers has added extra flavour to its latest TV advert to support the launch of its two new delicious flavours; BBQ Pulled Pork and Spicy Sriracha. This latest campaign is set to drive consumer awareness and appetite for the new additions, helping to drive sales for retailers.
In the new TV advert, set to air on Friday 22nd February 2019, Gary Lineker will be joined by comedy actress Emily Atack, with the pair running a Walkers food truck serving the new crisps in a street food market setting. Taking advantage of their competitive instincts, Gary and Emily will be sharing the new flavours with the crowds, with Gary supporting BBQ Pulled Pork and Emily championing Spicy Sriracha. The advert will bring the inspiration behind the new flavours to life with Gary and Emily engaging in some friendly competition.

When it comes to Walkers, nobody is more competitive than Gary, but fresh from being crowned queen of the jungle, Emily isn’t one to shy away from a challenge either. So we have had a bit of competitive Walkers fun to in our new advert, people will just have to wait and see who grabs the glory.”

The new flavours will also be supported by a heavyweight marketing campaign, including digital and in-store activity from the end of February.
