MARS WRIGLEY CONFECTIONERY LAUNCHES NEW LIMITED-EDITION M&M’S® VARIANT – M&M’s® CRUNCHY CARAMEL

 M&M’s® Crunch Caramel brings together caramel, the #1 most popular flavour[1] in the chocolate category, with the world’s #1 confectionery brand[2]. This new and innovative product will be available in three different sizes for consumers to enjoy – pouch, treat bag and singles – and is set to deliver over £6m CSV.

 The new limited-edition variant to join the M&M’s® portfolio follows the launch of M&M’s® Mix, made up of M&M’s® Chocolate, M&M’s® Crispy and M&M’s® Peanut, in 2016.

 With Mars Wrigley Confectionery holding five out of the top ten chocolate pouch lines[3] – including M&M’s®, the UK’s #2[4], M&M’s® Peanut the UK’s #4[5] and M&M’s Crispy the UK’s #9[6] – M&M’s® Crunchy Caramel is set to revolutionise the bitesize category, the fastest growing segment in chocolate.

 The launch of M&M’s® Crunchy Caramel will be supported by a digital-first campaign and influencer push across Instagram and Facebook, reaching over 5 million people across the UK.
