IRN-BRU DRIVES ‘XTRA’ RETAILER SALES WITH NATIONAL TV CAMPAIGN

AG Barr is set to deliver growth in the UK’s £785 million flavoured carbonates category*1 with a new TV advert for IRN-BRU XTRA, the new fuller flavoured variant of the UK’s No.1 flavoured carbonate brand*2, which contains XTRA IRN-BRU taste and no sugar.

The TV campaign is on air nationally for the whole of June and will be supported by extensive digital and social media support as part of a £5 million brand investment which will engage with over 70% of the UK population throughout 2017.    

 

This new TV advert will create lots of shopper demand for new IRN-BRU XTRA and retailers nationally should display it prominently next to regular IRN-BRU and use our impactful POS to encourage trial and drive incremental category sales.
